In the spring of 2005, Extreme Superior English Alliance was founded in Arequipa, Peru with the goal of offering the best quality English Language Education in Latin America. In 2012 we became Extreme Learning Centers “ELC” in order to expand our vision to language and cultural learning for Peruvians and individuals from native English speaking countries.
